Membership Fee Policy
The Annual Membership Fee collected during Member Enrollment into a Chapter of The Forum of Business by Brahmins Trust is subject to the following terms:
Non-Refundable
The Annual Membership Fee is not refundable under any circumstances once the payment has been successfully processed.
Non-Transferable
The fee is not transferable to a third-party unrelated to the Member. Membership benefits are personal to the registered member only.
Non-Negotiable
The fee is not negotiable against any external or internal influences, recommendations, or representations made by any party.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from membership fees, renewal payments, or any other matters related to renewals.bbb-india.com are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage members to contact us directly at operations@bbb-india.com to resolve the matter amicably.
Payment Security
All payments made through renewals.bbb-india.com are processed securely by our Payment Gateway partner Razorpay. In the event of a technical failure where the amount is debited but the renewal is not recorded:
- Contact us within 48 hours with your payment reference / transaction ID.
- We will verify the transaction with Razorpay and update your membership status accordingly.
- Technical failure refunds are processed as per Razorpay's standard refund policy (5–7 business days).
